High-level radioactive waste is the material that has intense radioactivity,a long half-life time and high toxicity.Deep geological disposal is recognized as the safety final disposal method, which burry the HLW to 500~1000 meters underground, meanwhile, make the waste get out of the human's environment through several protective burrier. But there are a lot of uncertainties problems, which the challenges will be faced in the project. The data and information of the project not only is the main support for engineering, but also is the basis of the safety assessment. It is 30 years since starting our national HLW geological disposal, until now we accumulate a lot of spatiotemporal data. There is a database for storage HLW geological data, but there are still data uncertainty problems, which affect the result of long-term safety assessment. On the basis of studying data uncertainties, this paper will be aimed at the uncertainties of spatial data in HLW,the database of beishan area geological information is recognized as object in researches, analyze the whole flow of utilization and characters of data, list the specific phenomenon, including ambiguity?incomplete?inconsistency?deviation?data noise;meanwhile, list the reasons of data uncertainties, including the inherited uncertainty?the precise of equipment?the interfere of environment?the difference between people and the lack of standards;Clarifying the impact of uncertainty data on HLW,including scenario uncertainty and model uncertainty, even the outcome of safety assessment;Developing a corresponding flow and plan to control the quality of data.In all,the paper concentrate on the time-series data and spatial data, and programing an application to subtract the uncertainties. Finally using the application to make tests and get good results protect its accuracy. The researching contents and result are meaningful for protecting the reliability of applying the site data.
