As one of the most important economic crops in China,tobacco has a long history of planting,and its planting area and output rank first in the world.The annual tobacco planting area is 15 million mu,and the production of tobacco leaves is 4.5-5 million tons.At the same time,it will produce more than 2 million tons of tobacco stalks.With the in-depth study on the comprehensive utilization of tobacco stalk resources,it is found that tobacco stalks have important application value in resource,fertilizer,raw material and base materials.However,due to the low degree of mechanization and the increase of labor costs in China’s tobacco stalk storage and transportation,there are a large number of tobacco stalks per year,either discarded in the fields or dried in the field,which not only causes tobacco stalk resources.The waste also brings serious environmental problems.At present,the comprehensive utilization of tobacco stalks needs to transport the tobacco stalks to a designated working place,and the density of the tobacco stalk itself is small,occupying a large space,and the storage and transportation costs are too high,which seriously hinders the comprehensive utilization of the tobacco stalks.Therefore,in engineering,the stalk is pretreated by first pulverizing and compressing.In this paper,the smashed tobacco stalk particles were taken as the research object,and the influence of the stalk particle size,feed amount and forming force on the compression molding of tobacco stalk particles was analyzed,and the optimal compression density of the stalk granule compression was determined.And the optimal forming force under the compression density;then,based on the working principle of the existing straw compression baler,the tobacco stalk particle compression and packing device is constructed from the whole machine structure,hydraulic system and key components.A design study was conducted.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)At present,there is no compression packing equipment for tobacco stalk particles,and there is no theoretical study on compression test of smashed tobacco stalks.Therefore,it is decided to use the existing corn stalk compression packing machine and straw compression test theory as the basis.The conditions for compression and packing of tobacco stalk particles were studied on a corn stalk compression packing machine and a 100T vulcanizing press,respectively.It was also analyzed that the problems of compressed block loosing,not easy to form,and difficult to get out in the process of compression and packing of tobacco stalk particles.(2)In order to determine whether the tobacco stalk particles can be compression-molded and the process conditions of compression molding,referring to the compression test research method of straw materials,based on the 100T vulcanization pressure equipment in the laboratory.The three test factors of particle size,feed amount and molding force are used to study,which of the conditions for compression molding of tobacco stalk particles.(3)According to the process conditions of compression density of 500kg/m~3 at the time of compression molding,the overall scheme of the tobacco straw compression packer was analyzed,and the overall structure of the tobacco straw compression packer was determined,and the feeding device,compression device,compression device and frame of the packing machine was designed and completed such as feeding device,compression device,compression device and frame.(4)According to the briquetting forming force at the compression density of500kg/m~3,the hydraulic system design of the feeding,pressing and discharging process of the equipment was studied and it was determined that the main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder in each process.The hydraulic circuit of the blanking,pressing and discharging process of the whole system are preliminarily drafted.and the main hydraulic components are calculated and selected.The hydraulic cylinder size of each process and the specifications of the hydraulic components such as hydraulic pump are used.The simulation and analysis of the blanking and discharging circuits are carried out by AMEsim hydraulic system simulation software.(5)In order to improve the strength requirements of the core components of the whole machine and extend the service life of the whole machine,the static simulation analysis of the key components of the whole machine in the workbench environment of ANSYS were carried out.And by the means of the size and structure optimization,the structural strength of the press plate and the compression box are better improved.
