As a kind of high quality unconventional oil and gas resources,coal-bed methane(CBM)has been paid more and more attention by various countries in recent years.Since the early 1980 s,the United States first developed CBM resources,the world competing to carry out the exploration of CBM and industrial development.In recent years,under the guidance of national policy,China's coal-bed methane industry set off a huge upsurge,and achieved some success.In the exploration technology,China is mainly from the experience of the United States,has not yet formed its own theoretical system,exploration equipment is also mainly from the conventional oil and gas fields transplanted.Although the three-row drainage system is the preferred exploration equipment for CBM wells,the complexity and regional nature of coal seam geology in China make the system adaptability,poorly targeted and equipment in the application of CBM drainage in China.Selection is not matching,frequent fault,check the pump cycle is short.Therefore,in view of China's CBM geological conditions and exploration conditions,research for China's CBM drainage system for the promotion of China's CBM development is of great significance.In this paper,firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the CBM exploration technology and equipment are analyzed.Then,according to the characteristics of the wellbore structure of CBM wells in China,the multi-machine-linkage and hydraulic driving pump CBM production system was proposed.The hydraulic control system is simulated by AMESim software,and the feasibility of the design is verified.Finally,the design of the hydraulic system is carried out.According to the design scheme and drawing,the prototype and indoor function test of the system are carried out.The results show that the design of the system has the advantages of convenient adjustment and large adjustment range which meet the requirements of CBM drainage.
