In recent years,the post-filling method in the Dahongshan copper mine of Yuxi Mining has been applied in practice.When the ore body is subjected to the second-step mining,the filling body is prone to damage under the blasting load and the filling body collapse often occurs,which affects the stability of the stope and backfill of the panel seriously.Based on the background of the key technology of blasting parameter design in the adjacent panel of Dahongshan Copper Mine,this paper analyzes the damage of the filling body in the Dahongshan Copper Mine and improves the single-shot dose of the mine in order to avoid the problem of filling body instability during the second step of mining and ensure the good economic and safety effects of mine mining.Field test was carried out based on the second-step mining of Dahongshan Copper Mine.During the mining process of the B13-15 panel in the middle section of the 385 section,the vibration signal received by the B13-16? cemented ore column in the middle section of the adjacent 385 was monitored and the on-site test site monitoring plan was established to embed the required vibration sensor into the cemented backfill.The monitoring point was set in the B13-16 cemented filling body,and the monitoring point was located at the B13-14 line of the460 horizontal cutting roadway.The blasting model of the adjacent ore body of the cemented backfill under the same field test was constructed and tested to produce a model of 3m×1.5m×1m.The macroscopic fracture observation,acoustic wave test and vibration monitoring were used for comparative analysis.The cemented backfill was divided into three areas,namely the damage zone,the damage zone and the stability zone.The damage standard of the filling body is obtained:the peak vibration velocity is 35.87cm/s and the peak vibration velocity is 13.40cm/s.With the on-site test panel blasting and recovery,the vibration data were analyzed.The vibration attenuation law of the cement under conditions of 150kg/m~3 and 170kg/m~3 respectively is obtained.This paper analyzes the exposed empty area with the help of the existing scanning technology of the mine.Combining the damage standard in the model test with the mine blasting design,it gets the maximum single-shot dose required when the filling material of the Dahongshan Copper Mine with a cement content of 150kg/m~3 and a concentration of 72%is still damaged,injured or stable at a distance of 1m~10m from the explosion center.Based on the field test of the mine,it analyses the damage of explode on the cemented backfill when the proportion of the filling body is 150kg/m3 and the concentration is 72%.Through the ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software,the damage analysis of the cemented backfill is further analyzed in the ore body recovery and the reasonable damage area is obtained.
