In recent years,people have paid more and more attention to health problems,and our quality of life has gradually improved.Smoking has caused harm to the human body.Electronic cigarettes have become widespread,and the production and sales of electronic cigarettes have begun to expand.The quality of electronic cigarettes has become a concern.The problem,many companies began to develop various types of electronic cigarettes,but the lack of electronic cigarette smoke measurement technology,there is no domestic online measurement system.An important criterion for the eligibility of e-cigarettes is the amount of e-cigarette smoke.The amount of smoke is an important criterion for judging the quality of electronic cigarette smokers.The number and particle size of smoke aerosols are the main parameters for studying the amount of e-cigarette smoke..Based on the development status of electronic cigarette smoke detection,it is urgent to improve the measurement of electronic cigarettes,and to develop a scheme for measuring the amount of electronic cigarette smoke and develop a detection instrument.After conducting a large amount of literature research,this experimental project summarizes the current technology that can measure smoke particles.For the objectives that need to be achieved in this project,we select appropriate solutions for experimental verification.This topic first proposes a new method for representing the amount of electronic cigarette smoke.Then two optical theories study the amount of electronic cigarette smoke.The transmission theory of light passes through the relationship between light intensity and mass.Light intensity and particle can be studied by light scattering theory.Relationship.Secondly,the feasibility test of the selected scheme is verified,and then the experimental results are analyzed.The results show that the optical scheme can better measure the amount of electronic cigarette smoke.In order to objectively represent the experimental results,the experimental results and literature The results were compared and the reasons for the different experimental results were analyzed.This experiment is carried out through the experimental platform of Yunnan Zhongyan Industrial Co.,Ltd.Based on the original prototype,the electronic cigarette smoke measuring system is completed by improving the hardware system and software system of the measuring system.This experiment has compiled the smoke particle size program according to the theoretical principle.After the permission of Yunnan China Tobacco Industry Co.,Ltd.,the PC software is reconfigured to improve the definition of smoke volume.Due to the large number of variables involved in this experiment,the main parameters such as mass,particle size and number of particles in the experiment are not direct measurement results.In order to accurately obtain the experimental results,we have calibrated the experimental parameters.By analyzing the theoretical and experimental defects of this experiment,we further propose an improved scheme of the experiment.Since the number and particle size of the smoke particles in the measurement scheme are related variables,it is not possible to detect two variables simultaneously under the existing experimental conditions.One variable is determined to obtain another variable,which will affect the experimental results.Based on the original optical theory,a new scheme is proposed to detect the particle size and particle number variables simultaneously.The experimental results show that the smoke smoke volume representation means the amount of electronic cigarette smoke,which can avoid the problem of smoke volume deviation caused by volume.According to the principle of light transmission and scattering,combined with the experimental measurement system,it can detect smoke in real time.Quantity,accurate measurement results.Solved the problem of no definition of ecigarette smoke,and produced the first real-time detection system for electronic cigarette smoke in China.
