Aggregation Induced Emission(AIE)as new principle has been using in designing new fluorescent probes in recent years.Up to date,AIE fluorescent probes are widely used in detection of cation and biological molecules. There are very few reports on the detection of anions by AIE probes. This thesis mainly including the following work1.A class of cationic AIE fluorescent probes were synthesized by using vinyl-terpyridinederivativesasAIEparent,whichwasappendedby1,8-Naphthalimide with diffent length of aliphatic chains. It was found that the AIE signal of the probes enhancement with the growth of aliphatic chains. That is,the monomer probes appears blue emission in pure organic solution, and exhibits yellow AIE fluorescent emission in aqueous solution. The experimental results revealed that the probe can detect I~-anions with distinct fluorescent signal in aqueous solution with widly pH range, and is hardly interfered by other anions and cations.2.A class of cationic AIE fluorescent probes were synthesized by using vinyl-terpyridine derivatives as AIE parent, which was appended by Isoquinoline with diffent length of aliphatic chains. It was found that the AIE signal of the probes enhancement with the growth of aliphatic chains. That is,the monomer probes appears blue emission in pure organic solution, and exhibits yellow AIE fluorescent emission in aqueous solution. In particular, the probe with 10C has the most stability AIE property. The experimental results revealed that the probe can detect I~-anions with distinct fluorescent signal in aqueous solution with widly pH range, and is hardly interfered by other anions and cations.3.G2 was synthesized by condensation of 1-pyrenecarboxaldehyd and1-adamantanamine as the starting materials.A aggregation based green emission can be observed by the host-guest interaction of Q[10]with G2,Based on this results,a cucurbit[10]uril host-guest based water-soluble ratiometric fluorescent probe was designed by using the unique monomer/excimer fluorescence emission property of pyrene.Under the condition of pH=2,Experiment results suggested that the probe has good recognition and selective ability for the drug molecule nilotinib in aqueous solution.
