Performance appraisal is to improve the performance of departments and employees and achieve performance management.Starting from the organizational objectives and development strategies of enterprises,it comprehensively uses various appraisal methods to assess the employees' work behavior and their contributions to the organization.In the process of performance appraisal,the work objectives,evaluation indicators and a series of norms constitute the performance appraisal system.Through the scientific operation of the performance appraisal system,enterprises can objectively and timely supervise and guide the performance of departments and employees.At the same time,the effective use of assessment results to motivate employees can mobilize their enthusiasm for work and innovation,and improve job performance.Performance appraisal system is of great significance for enterprises to improve the utilization rate of human resources,enhance their core competitiveness and achieve the strategic objectives of development.YCYY Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Yunnan Tobacco Company.Since the implementation of performance management,it has achieved some results,but there are still some problems to be solved urgently.Based on the study of domestic and foreign performance appraisal theory and research results,this paper designs,distributes and summarizes the questionnaire of performance appraisal system,and points out the current situation and existing problems of performance appraisal system of Hefei Tobacco Company.The key performance indicators at all levels of the company are extracted,decomposed and set up by means of key performance indicators and balanced scorecard,and the current performance appraisal system of the company is improved from all aspects.This study enriches the theoretical framework of performance appraisal,strengthens the pertinence of performance appraisal research,scientifically and rigorously designs the implementation steps,optimizes the reconstruction of performance management procedures,improves the current situation of YCYY company's performance management,and improves the competitiveness of YCYY company.At the same time,it provides a good example for tobacco commercial enterprises to improve and improve the performance appraisal system.
