Enterprise performance is the evaluation of the results through the operation of the enterprise.The traditional performance evaluation system are mainly based on the financial performance indicators,through statistical means only reflect the things happened,did not reflect the process of happening,no measure of non-financial indicators of financial performance that are driving the future seriously out of line with the business strategy,has been unable to meet the needs of the information age enterprise management and the competitive environment.According to the enterprise performance appraisal of non existing in the process of evaluation,review first to the domestic and foreign related research on the performance evaluation system of enterprise with SD using the traditional performance evaluation methods,analysis its limitations,put forward the strategy of balanced score card performance management system in the application and practice of enterprises based on SD.Through the SWOT analysis to determine the development strategy of SD enterprise,analysis of enterprise in the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard existing problems,drawing SD enterprise strategy map.The use of Balanced Scorecard,from financial,customer,internal business process,learning and growth four aspects of the establishment of the company level,department level and individual level associated with the level of performance management system;methods through the questionnaire survey and interviews is established at all levels of the performance index;development strategy decompose enterprise.The development strategy of the enterprise and all levels of evaluation index system of effective association.In order to avoid the subjective error in the practice of the expert evaluation method may bring in weight is calculated,this paper uses structural equation model to determine the weight of performance indicators,and test the effect of performance management methods in business practice.
