Research On The Benefit Evaluation System Of The Informatization Construction Of Yunnan CX Company

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,enterprises have graduall y entered the information economy era from the industrial economy era,and more and more enterprises want to enhance their competitiveness through information construction.With the help of information technology,it provides a platform for the realization of enterprise development strategy,guarantees the modernization of enterprise management,and supports the improvement of enterprise management level,cost reduction and efficiency increase.Although the benefits of enterprise information construction ar e quite many,but throughout the development process of enterprise information construction,there are also many enterprises in the whirlpool of information construction,unable to recover after a setback.So,how should the enterprise make a decision on t he construction of informatization? This is a problem that enterprise managers need to face and think about.In this paper,through the case of enterprise informatization construction,the author introduces how the enterprise chooses the informatization co nstruction plan in line with the enterprise development strategy according to its actual situation,and evaluates and analyzes the benefits brought by enterprise informatization through a set of feasible benefit evaluation system after the completion of th e project.This case is intended to provide reference for enterprises in the same industry to implement information construction,avoid blind investment,make the information construction more suitable for the actual situation of enterprises,and bring exp ected implementation benefits for enterprises.Enterprise information construction in the benefit evaluation system,this paper combined with the quantitative and qualitative evaluation,determine the key evaluation index,by using the method of comprehens ive evaluation of enterprise information construction of evaluate the economic benefit,management benefit and social benefit,make enterprise in the informatization construction project after getting valuable benefit evaluation results,indicate the direc tion for the continuous construction of enterprise information.
