Oilfield Enterprise Informatization Evaluation Index System Research—

With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,social economy has developed rapidly.In addition to the vitality released by the reform and opening-up system innovation,the progress of science and technology is undoubtedly one of the main reasons for the improvement of comprehensive national strength.Science and technology is the first productive force,which fully illustrates the enormous role of science and technology in promoting economic and social development.In recent years,China’s information technology has developed rapidly,and has been rapidly popularized in various types of enterprises.Enterprise information construction has made tremendous achievements,and accumulated a lot of experience.However,the informatization construction of petroleum enterprises in China has just started and developed slowly.There are few systematic studies on informatization of petroleum enterprises.Therefore,in order to more effectively optimize the allocation of information resources in oilfield enterprises and promote the faster development of information construction in petroleum enterprises,that is particularly important for petroleum enterprises to systematically study the evaluation system of information indicators.Based on the theory of enterprise informationization,this article analyses the standard of enterprise informationization.According to the characteristics of petroleum enterprises,it preliminarily determines the evaluation index of petroleum enterprises informationization,introduces the method of entropy weight to determine the weight of each index,and further improves the index system of petroleum enterprises informationization.Then,it establishes petroleum enterprises informationization by using the theory of Grey Analytic Hierarchy process.Finally,an example of a petroleum enterprise is given to illustrate the feasibility of the evaluation index system for petroleum enterprise informatization.In a word,this article based on the relevant theories of informationization and evaluation,studies the informationization of oilfield enterprises,establishes the evaluation index system of informationization with the characteristics of oilfield enterprises,effectively promotes the informationization construction of oil enterprises,provides theoretical basis for scientific decision-making of enterprise managers,and also improves the evaluation system of enterprise informationization.
