Research On The Improvement Of The Water Quality And Water Environment Of Dianchi Lake By The Water Diversion Project In Central Yunnan

Dianchi Lake,also known as Kunming Lake and Kunming Pool,is the largest plateau lake in Yunnan Province and the sixth largest freshwater lake in China.It is called " Plateau Pearl" and is Kunming's mother lake.In the past 20 years,with the economic development and the expansion of the city scale,the ecological environment pressure in the Dianchi Lake basin has gradually increased,and the rivers entering Yunnan have been continuously polluted,resulting in the serious eutrophication of Dianchi Lake.Dianchi Lake is facing a double dilemma of water environment pollution and water resource shortage.Dianchi Lake pollution not only directly affects the production and life of Kunming City and its people along the lake,but also has seriously threatened and restricted the economic and social development of Kunming City and its surrounding related areas.This paper introduces the general situation of Dianchi Lake,analyzes the current situation of Dianchi Lake's water environment,and investigates the current situation of Dianchi Lake's governance and the results achieved.In recent years,Kunming has adhered to Dianchi Lake's governance and has passed the pollution interception project around the lake in accordance with the requirements of " promoting Dianchi Lake's governance and protection in a systematic and scientific way and striving to realize the two transformations".Rural non-point source pollution control project;Ecological restoration and construction projects;River training project;The ecological dredging project and water diversion in the outer basin etc.The " six major projects" promote the restoration of Dianchi Lake's water ecological environment.Up to now,the water quality of Dianchi Lake Caohai has changed from worse than ? to?.The nutritional status changed from severe eutrophication to mild eutrophication.By investigating and analyzing the treatment measures of Dianchi Lake in various plans,this paper predicts the pollution load of Dianchi Lake in the planning level year,and studies and predicts the impact of Dianzhong water transfer project on Dianchi Lake quality improvement according to the water replenishment situation in Dianzhong water transfer project.This paper analyzes the accessibility of Dianchi Lake's water quality objectives comprehensively,objectively and scientifically from the impact of Dianzhong water transfer project on Dianchi Lake.
