With the rapid economic and social development and the gradual improvement of the quality of life,the people's demand for ecological environment restoration is becoming more and more urgent.Most cities have already carried out ecological protection and restoration of urban rivers and lakes,and have also achieved initial results.However,due to the constraints of natural conditions,cognition and investment,the water system connection project has not been well developed or applied in the city.Although the water quality in the city has improved on the whole,it still fails to meet the expected requirements.This paper takes the Zhanggong Lake water system connection project of Tianhe Lake in Bengbu City to improve the urban water ecological environment as an example.It discusses the necessity and feasibility of the water system connection engineering in the urban water environment restoration,and evaluates the water environment improvement effect,indicating that the project is in the original On the basis of improving the conventional measures such as pollution control source,biological measures purification,dredging and dredging used in urban water bodies,combined with sponge city and landscape construction,water system connectivity measures are adopted to further improve the effectiveness of urban water environment theory and methods.Provide water environment protection and restoration methods for other cities that can be used for reference,replicable and reference.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Current situation and analysis of urban water pollution.Starting from the problems existing in the urban water ecological environment,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the deterioration of water ecology,and expounds the methods and methods adopted by most cities in improving the urban water environmental engineering.(2)Combined with the example of Tiangong river system connection in Bengbu City,from the perspective of theoretical research,the role and method of water system connection project in water ecological environment restoration are described in detail from the aspects of technical analysis,design ideas and ideas,concrete practices,benefit evaluation,etc.(3)Evaluation of the effect of the Tiangong River connectivity program in Bengbu City.The water quality test was carried out on Zhanggong Lake,and the water quality improvement after the river and lake connection was compared.After the Tiangong River was connected,the implementation effect of the water system connection project was evaluated,and the real-life comparison map was attached.Finally,the economic benefits after the implementation of the project were carried out.Perform calculations to evaluate economic effects.(4)Summarize the results from five aspects: the natural attribute of water flow,the improvement of economic and social benefits,the need for human civilization progress,the improvement of urban flood control and drainage standards,and the optimal allocation of water resources.At the same time,it also embodies five innovations,including organic integration with urban planning,application of advanced technology such as sponge city,optimization of urban pipe network,rational allocation of water resources,full utilization of urban non-construction land according to local conditions,etc.
