Copper,lead and zinc non-ferrous metals,which is important basic material for national economy and national defense construction.China is rich in copper-lead-zinc resources,and China even belongs to one of the countries with the largest reserves of lead and zinc in the world.However,the development of economy leads to the increasing consumption of resources and the decreasing deposit of single metal.Therefore,it is of great value to study the comprehensive utilization oxygen and sulfur mixed ore of copper-lead-zinc for supplementing the shortage of copper-lead-zinc ore resources and improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,the paper takes the oxygen and sulphur mixed ore of copper-lead-zinc as the research object in Jiama of Tibet,carried out experiments of simultaneous flotation and metallurgical separation.Research on process mineralogy shows that the original ore contains 0.53%Cu,1.29%Pb and 0.54%Zn;the Au and Ag contents are 0.28g/t and 23.6g/t,respectively,and the gangue mainly contains SiO2,CaO and Al2O3;the oxidation rates of copper,lead and zinc are 40.21%,79.31%and 84.83%,respectively;the copper in ore mainly occurs in bornite,duftite,chalcopyrite and chrysocolla,Some copper occurs in malachite,chalcosine,rosasite,beaverite,enargite,tetrahedrite,covellite and sphalerite;lead mainly occurs in cerusite,duftite,galena,Some lead occurs in beaverite;zinc mainly occurs in willemite,hemimorphite and sphalerite;and some zinc occurs in smithsonite,rosasite,duftite,austinite and enargite.The encapsulated and dissemination size is nonuniform between mineral.The oxidation rate is very high,which was very difficult to recovery of copper-lead-zinc minerals.Based on the complexity and diversity of raw ore properties,the project adopts the recovery scheme of"mixed flotation of copper-lead-zinc—flotation concentrate roasting desulfurization—leaching separation of lead with roasting residue—electrodeposition recovery of copper and zinc with leaching solution";and optimized each stage of test to obtained the optimal test conditions for flotation and leaching;Open-circuit flotation process test determines the number of cleaning and sweeping,and finally a closed-circuit flotation process with one roughness,three fineness and two sweeping and sequential return of middlings is adopted in this experiment.the determines concentration and scavenging times of each flotation by open-circuit process tests,the closed-circuit flotation process with one roughness,three concentration,two scavenging and sequential return of middling ore,the technical indexes were obtained that copper grade of 7.72%,recovery rate of 70.15%,lead grade of 22.17%,recovery rate of 90.98%,zinc grade of 4.81%,recovery rate of 42.19%,Au grade of 1.8g/t,recovery rate of 47.41%,Ag grade of 340.4g/t,recovery rate of 77.32%in mixed concentrate.The low-grade lead concentrate?its grade is 25%30%?obtained from roasting leaching test of mixed concentrate,which can be used by smelt.The leaching rate of copper and zinc is 87.43%and 64.38%in leaching solution,respectively;Copper and zinc can be separated by electrowinning.The separation and application of oxygen and sulphur mixed ores of copper-lead-zinc realized maximized by the combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy.
