| A billet continuous casting machine with a side length of 220 mm or more(including a round billet and a rectangular billet)is generally called a bloom caster.The steel produced by the bloom continuous casting machine is special and has a large section,and it is prone to defects such as center looseness,center segregation and internal crack during the casting process.In order to solve this problem,the newly built bloom continuous casting machine adopts technologies such as electromagnetic stirring and solidification end reduction control.The Panzhihua No.2 bloom continuous casting machine is the first dynamic soft reduction bloom continuous casting machine independently designed and developed in China.The casting machine is a 4-flow bloom continuous casting machine capable of casting the largest section(360×450mm)in China.Due to the characteristics of the vanadium-titanium ore in Panxi,the production of steel alloy steel is high,and it is prone to central segregation and looseness.In view of this,Pangang and Northeastern University carried out dynamic soft reduction technology and control technology for the No.2 bloom continuous casting machine of Pangang,as well as research on the technology and control technology under dynamic heavy pressure.The technology is applied to the actual production of continuous casting pressure,which can effectively improve the quality of continuous casting pressure,optimize the existing production process,and expand the product type and control function of the equipment.In this paper,the process technology and quality requirements of continuous casting billet are studied,and the characteristics of the control system and control equipment of the billet are deeply analyzed.Through the research and summary of the blank reduction technology,combined with the problems in the actual production process,a targeted solution is proposed.It also summarizes the system development and application effects,which provides a reference for the application and expansion of the technology and the subsequent system development and implementation. |
