Production tree is an important wellhead equipment for oil and gas production.Its performance is related to whether oil and gas wells can produce safely and efficiently.Parallel gate valve is the key component of integral oil production tree.The key to the performance of gate valve is the sealing performance of sealing elements.The quality of sealing elements directly affects the working performance and service life of gate valve.At present,the most commonly used sealing rings in flat gate valves are O-ring and Y-ring.The domestic and foreign research on these two kinds of sealing rings is mostly focused on,but in the harsh wellhead environment such as high pressure,the sealing performance of the sealing rings has put forward higher requirements.Therefore,a new type of flexible seal ring is designed in this paper,and the sealing performance of flexible seal ring is studied by means of finite element simulation combined with single factor analysis,multi-factor analysis based on surface response method and orthogonal experimental design.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Domestic and foreign related technical researchThrough literature search,patent inquiry and industry standards,enterprise product information collection and other methods,domestic and foreign scholars on the production tree and flat gate valve research.(2)Structural characteristics and fault analysis of flat gate valveThe structural characteristics and working principle of the integral production tree are analyzed.The sealing structure of the flat gate valve is studied.The failure of the flat gate valve of the production tree is analyzed.(3)Structure Design and Sealing Performance Analysis of New Flexible Seal RingA new type of flexible sealing ring structure was designed,and a simplified model of each component and common sealing ring of the flat gate valve was established.Through ABAQUS simulation analysis,the sealing performance of the flat gate valve was compared,and the seal ring with the best sealing performance was selected.(4)Analysis of the influence of structural parameters of a new flexible seal ringThe structure of the flexible seal ring was improved,and the sealing performance of the flexible seal ring was studied based on ABAQUS finite element technology.The single factor analysis was carred out on the three different structural parameters of the lip sawtooth number,lip angle and lip valley angle.The changing trend of contact stress,contact length and maximum Mises stress was obtained,and the influence rule of each structural parameter on the performance of the seal ring was found.(5)Structure parameter optimization of new flexible seal ringThe design variables,constraints and objective functions are determined,the surface response model is established and the model is evaluated.The influence of the interaction of two factors on the sealing performance of flexible seals is analyzed by surface response method.The orthogonal experimental design is carried out and the orthogonal experimental results are analyzed to find out the primary and secondary order of the structural parameters affecting the sealing performance,and the combination scheme of the better structural parameters is selected.Chemical seal ring.
