Tempered vacuum glass belongs to green building materials.It not only has excellent energy-saving and heat insulation,sound insulation and noise reduction,dew prevention and other characteristics,but also has the security advantages of high strength and wind pressure resistance.It is widely used in construction,household appliances,agriculture,transportation,photovoltaic and other fields.Sealing technology,support placement and vacuum maintenance are three major technical difficulties in tempered vacuum glass manufacturing.Especially the sealing technology is still in the primary stage of theoretical research and practical application at home and abroad,which restricts the development speed of tempered vacuum glass to a certain extent.Based on this background,this paper carries out theoretical and applied research on sealing technology of tempered vacuum glass.According to the properties of tempered vacuum glass,the sealing requirements are studied.The influence of tempered vacuum glass made of different supporting materials on sealing performance is analyzed.A flexible sealing process combining the preparation of metallized layer with low temperature metal material is proposed.Based on heat transfer theory and thermal stress and deformation theory,a threedimensional model of tempered vacuum glass was established.Transient thermal analysis during sealing process was simulated by finite element analysis software.The feasibility of preparing tempered vacuum glass with low temperature metal sealing material was verified.By determining the material and sealing parameters of tempered vacuum glass,the preparation equipment of tempered vacuum glass is introduced.According to the flexible sealing process,the key technologies such as the composition of sealing layer,chemical composition of slurry coating and final printing were studied.After the preparation of tempered vacuum glass,in order to verify the sealing performance of tempered vacuum glass,a test scheme of cold and heat shock and thermal insulation performance was put forward,and field tests were carried out.The test results show that under the conditions of cold and hot cycle test,the tempered vacuum glass can keep the support from being crushed and deformed,and the sealing layer does not have a stable state of fracture.Meanwhile,the measured heat transfer coefficient conforms to the relevant national regulations and meets the design requirements.The results show that the flexible sealing process of preparing metallized layer combined with cryogenic metal materials meets the production and inspection requirements of tempered vacuum glass.The conclusion has certain theoretical guidance and practical application value for the research and popularization of tempered vacuum glass.
