GX Natural Gas Distributed Energy Project Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Research

Compared with traditional centralized energy resources,distributed energy resources like natural have the advantages of high utilization efficiency,clean and environmental protection with low pollution,good safety,ability to shift peak load,and good economic benefits.However,the research and application of distributed energy resources in China started relatively late compared with developed countries.In this case,to carry out the construction of natural gas distributed energy project,it is necessary to strengthen its comprehensive benefit analysis and research.Based on extensive reading and understanding of relevant literature,this paper analyzes and discusses the comprehensive benefit evaluation of GX natural gas distributed energy project.First of all,the paper analyzes the development situation and future development trend of distributed natural gas at home and abroad.And then after discussing a large number of related literature,the comprehensive benefits of distributed natural gas projects are divided into three parts as economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits which are utilized for establishing for a comprehensive benefits evaluation index system.Evaluation index system,that is,three secondary evaluation indicators and 14 three-level evaluation indicators.Subsequently,after analyzing the relevant evaluation theories,the author constructs a comprehensive evaluation model with fuzzy AHP as the core according to the reality of GX distributed natural gas project.This model uses AHP to calculate the weight of each indicator,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation.Finally,this paper applies the evaluation model to the practice,and evaluates and analyzes the comprehensive benefit of GX natural gas distributed energy project.The concrete value of the comprehensive benefit of this project is 0.49,and the corresponding level is "better".In addition,the research results of this paper are also applicable to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of different types and regions of natural gas distributed energy projects,and provide a theoretical basis for the wide use of natural gas distributed energy.
