Research On The Choice Of BD Company's Financial Strategy Based On The Financial Strategy Matrix

The production and operating activities of enterprises can not be separated from the support of funds.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,how to allocate limited financial resources efficiently to ensure the healthy and stable flow of funds is becoming more and more important for the realization of business goals.The financial strategy is the process of using strategic thinking in the process of enterprise financial management.It is a long-term,global planning for enterprise investment,fund raising and daily working capital management.Systematic and scientific financial strategy is helpful for enterprises to make efficient use of financial resources and to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.In recent years,the rapid development of China’s high-tech enterprises has played a very important role in promoting China,s economic development,but the problems along with the limitations of their own such as financing difficulties and lack of funds seriously limit the development of such enterprises.So,in order to guide the economic activities of high-tech enterprises,to ensure the healthy flow of funds,to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises and to achieve long-term development of enterprises,it is very important to develop the systematic financial strategyThe research object of this article is a very typical knowledge and technology-intensive high-tech enterprise.By referring to the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper will consider the actual operation situation and development background of BD,use the financial data and the tool of financial strategy matrix to conduct a systematic analysis of its value creation ability and sustainable growth ability.The article is committed to find out how to establish suitable financial strategies to meet the financing,investment and profit distribution needs of the company.I hope that my article will provide some new ideas for the construction of financial strategies of China’s high-tech enterprise and have a certain reference value.This paper will combine the research methods of theoretical analysis,quantitative analysis and case analysis,with the financial strategy matrix to review the financial strategy of BD from 2012-2016,on one hand to verify that the financial strategy matrix model is practical and operable for enterprises to develop its financial strategy,on the other hand,to optimize the original financing,investment and dividend distribution strategy of BD.This paper will combine BD’s internal and external environment,use the relevant financial data to build BD’s financial strategy matrix,systematically analyze BD’s financial situation,from the three aspects of improving the loan structure,appropriately increasing the proportion of long-term loans;strengthening scientific and technological research and development and human capital investment,according to their own situation to use horizontal diversified investment to better implement the expansion of investment strategy and timely using the low dividend payment policy to adjust the original financial strategy of BD.The paper is aimed to optimize the financial strategy of BD company.
