In this paper,the morphologies of two BiVO4are mainly regulated.One is a dumbbell-shaped BiVO4powder;Another one is BiVO4one-dimensional array.The samples were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?and UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy,Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer?EDS?.The specific work mainly has the following several aspects.?1?The Cu2S/BiVO4 composite photocatalysts had been synthesised by a simple solution adsorption method.The results showed that the interface between BiVO4and Cu2S enhanced the separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers,thus,the photocatalytic activitie of Cu2S/BiVO4composites was enhanced.?2?BiVO4 photocatalysts with different Ba2+doping amount were prepared by hydrothermal method.The experimental results show that Ba2+may replace the position of Bi3+in the unit cell,which not only leads to the change of BiVO4 crystal structure,but also improves the photocatalytic activity of BiVO4.?3?A monocline BiVO4 one-dimensional array with[010]oriented growth was prepared by hydrothermal method.The results show that the BiVO4one-dimensional array has a smaller charge transfer resistance and a higher carrier density than BiVO4 films.
