Cleaning agent in many industrial production or real life,has become an indispensable reagent.With the progress of society,people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually enhanced.People pay more and more attention to the environmental protection of cleaning agent ingredients,the conservation of resources and the efficiency of cleaning.At present,there are only a few truly environmentally friendly cleaning agents among the many cleanses that have been prepared.The addition of phosphorus-containing lotions and other additives to the cleaning process enhances the cleaning capacity.But phosphorus emissions in the water will harm the eutrophication of plants and animals in the water,so far from the requirements of environmental protection.In addition,in terms of energy saving,there are fewer concentrated glass cleaning agents in the Chinese market,which leads to insufficient supply in the larger market demand.Therefore,in terms of environmental protection and energy conservation,this paper extracts surfactants from plants,reduces the use of synthetic surfactants to save oil resources and reduce CO2emissions.China's tea yield is rich and the pressed tea cake still contains 10%-15%tea saponin.In addition,saponin and sapindus have excellent surface activity and are natural and renewable resource surfactants.In this paper,the extraction of natural surfactants and the determination of the optimum ratio of components and the amount of cleaning additives were systematically tested.According to the removal of dirt on the surface of glass substrate before and after cleaning,the cleaning effect and biodegradation ability of cleaning agent were tested.Thus,an environmentally friendly glass cleaner with high cleaning rate,low energy consumption and easy degradation was developed.The main contents are as follows:The natural surfactant in oil-tea cake,saponin and sapindus was extracted by ultrasonic-ethanol extraction,and the factors affecting the experiment were determined by single factor method.The optimization scheme was obtained by orthogonal experiment:solid-liquid ratio 1:20?g/m L?,extraction time 20 min,extraction temperature 65?,ethanol concentration 70%,and extraction rate of total saponin was43.6%.The optimum surfactant concentration was determined to be 22%according to the deconflection rate and foam property of tea saponins,saponins,saponins and APG.The contents were apg6%,7%of sapindus,4%of tea saponins and 5%of saponins.The optimum formula of surfactant and cleaning agent was obtained through testing,and the cleaning efficiency reached 99.4%.The stability,cleaning and degradability of the self-made cleaning agent were tested and compared with the commercial cleaning agent.It has been found that the homemade cleaning agent has good stability and can be stored stably at low temperature with low foam.At room temperature the cleaning efficiency reached 99.3%and the light transmittance reached 85.1%.when the self-made cleaning agent was diluted by 10times.After 5 times of repeated cleaning,the cleaning rate was still reach more than90%.According to GB/T26396-2011"technical specification for the safety of washing products",the degradation degree of surfactant was determined by shock culture method and foam volume method.The degradation degree of the final cleaning wastewater reached 99.2%by COD measurement.Compared with similar products in the market,it has a strong advantage.
