Coal plays an important role in people's life and industrial production,so the use of intelligent management in the coal yard has become a trend to improve work efficiency,and the recognition of truck license plate carrying coal in the coal yard and the later management also play an important role in the intelligent management of the whole coal yard.In addition,coal slag often plays an important role in the coal yard And a large amount of dust will cause haze in the air.In this paper,based on the above conditions,the first step is to defog the license plate image,and then to identify the license plate using image processing knowledge.Finally,a set of vehicle management system is designed and implemented for the complex and difficult management of the vehicles in the coal yard,which is used for the whole coal intelligent sampling system To a certain extent,it improves the management of vehicles and the working efficiency of the coal yard.The main work of this paper is to improve the image defogging algorithm,find the license plate algorithm with fast recognition speed and high accuracy,and make use of it,design and implement a set of coal yard vehicle management system.In this paper,we first analyze the traditional dark channel image defog algorithm,and propose a method to transform RGB space into t space,then use the guided filter to process,and finally improve the image defog algorithm by adjusting the brightness and contrast;in the character segmentation side of the license plate,in the method based on feature projection,we add the character length feature method to ensure the segmentation process In the part of license plate character recognition,the recognition method based on SVM vector machine and ECOC model is selected to ensure the recognition speed and improve the accuracy of recognition.Finally,aiming at the problems of vehicle management in the coal yard,Java language is mainly selected for development,and spring +spring MVC + mybatis framework and SQL database are adopted to design and implement on the web side A set of vehicle information management system for coal yard is developed.Through the test,it is found that the accuracy of license plate recognition is90.87%.It can meet the requirements.The coal yard vehicle management system can be opened and operated normally on the web end,meeting and achieving the expected effect.
