| With the vigorous development of China’s industry,the petrochemical industry is also thriving,so the demand for hazardous chemicals is increasing day by day.Due to the lack of real-time and effective positioning and monitoring of hazardous chemical transportation vehicles,hazardous chemical transportation accidents occur frequently,causing great losses to national property and people’s life safety.At present,the transportation management of hazardous chemicals in our country is only in the preliminary stage,so it is necessary to design an effective positioning and tracking system for hazardous chemicals vehicles to ensure the safety of hazardous chemicals transportation vehicles,so as to reduce accidents and ensure the safety of life and property.According to the actual requirements and the overall design scheme,this paper developed a positioning and tracking system for hazardous chemical vehicles based on BDS(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System)and NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things)wireless communication,combined with a variety of advanced technologies such as license plate recognition,data communication,Beidou positioning and web development.By adding the image correction function and improving the recognition algorithm based on template matching,the recognition accuracy is improved.The experimental results show that all the collected vehicle images can be recognized based on template matching.The terminal hardware includes STM32F103ZET6 master control module,BD positioning module,NB-IoT communication module and various functional sensors,and the corresponding functional programs of each module are written to realize the collection of positioning data,vehicle data and other information sent to the cloud Server through the NB module,and the TCP Server program on the Server receives the data.Can improve the system hardware positioning accuracy,data transmission efficiency and rich functions;The positioning monitoring platform is composed of two parts:the web side and the client side.The design of the web side of the platform combines Layui,PHP/CSS/HTML,database and cloud server,etc.,and the development of the web side adopts the combined method of PHP+MySQL+TCP Server+Apache.It can realize real-time vehicle positioning,monitoring and tracking,information query and other related functions.User end through login WeChat small program location query and route navigation and other functions.The license plate recognition test,on-board terminal test and location monitoring platform test were carried out in the laboratory environment and the actual outdoor environment respectively.The test results show that the system can effectively real-time license plate recognition,location tracking and information query for hazardous chemical vehicles,and meet the design requirements. |
