The composite sponge mattress is mainly made by foaming natural latex or polyurethane and other materials.The foam sponge is like toast bread in the food industry,which is made of semi-finished products to be sprayed and glued after shell removal and slice cutting.In the production process of these combined pads,each layer needs to be overlapped layer by layer.Because of its soft and almost no rigid material,plus its cutting error,handling deformation,and slow rebound and other characteristics,it is necessary to ensure that the position,angle and size of the lamination are extremely accurate in the process of overlay.Based on the intelligent manufacturing equipment such as industrial robot and machine vision,this paper studies and discusses the problem of this industry,and makes an in-depth research and design on the end execution tool of industrial robot in the intelligent manufacturing industry of composite sponge mattress.Through the analysis of sponge material and deformation shape,the scheme of rectification and overlap is determined.The rectification area is divided and the degree of freedom is determined,which makes it have high compatibility and is suitable for multi specification parallel production.According to the demand of rectifying deviation,a series of design and strength simulation check are carried out for the end actuator.This paper introduces the concept of the step motor as the executive unit of the rectification movement,expounds the important significance of the precision control of the rectification speed and position,and studies the principle and performance of the rectification step motor.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the pulse curve of stepping motor,the linear superposition sine function of stepping motor is obtained,which improves the performance of stepping motor and reduces the probability of out of step and overshoot.Based on the traditional control method and the corresponding mathematical model,the precise control method of the combination of constant and symmetrical rotation of current vector amplitude and variable subdivision is given,and a new model of self-adaptive adjustment of rounding is derived.It reduces the low frequency oscillation of the motor,enhances the resolution,improves the torque and speed,and makes the step distance more uniform.To a certain extent,it improves the precision of the rectification and alleviates the problem of the poor precision of the motion control unit of the rectification movement.The in-depth design and research work of this paper aims to improve and optimize the intelligent manufacturing equipment of composite sponge mattress production industry,and supplement the industrial upgrading.
