The condensed room temperature vulcanized liquid organic silicone adhesive as a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,Itsexcellent properties such as weather resistance,ultraviolet resistance,ozone aging resistance,high and low temperature resistance,insulation and chemical stability are determined by its special material structure.Because of its excellent performance,room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is widely used in various aspects of national life and high-tech cutting-edge fields.However,in the past,most researches on condensation-type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber emphasized the research on mechanical properties,such as the introduction of fillers.Thesestudies will have a huge impact on the dielectric properties of the materials while meeting the improvement of mechanical properties.The emergence of these problems has led to the extremely limited application of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in the aerospace and microelectronics fields.In this paper,the effect of the cross-linking degree of silicone rubber and the molecular weight of hydroxy silicone oil on the properties of silicone rubber are studied from the matrix of silicone rubber.At the same time,the influence of the deformation of silicone rubber on the dielectric properties is studied.On the basis of the study of the silicone rubber matrix,bubbles are introduced into the silicone rubber matrix through the addition of a foaming agent,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the dielectric constant.At the same time,the type and amount of blowing agent were studied,so as to control the cell structure.However,just adding the foaming agent will have problems such as too large cells,uneven cell size,and obvious reduction in mechanical properties of the material.Therefore,the mechanical properties of silicone rubber are improved by adding nano fillers,but nano fillers have the problem of poor dispersibility and agglomeration,which leads to an increase in dielectric constant.Therefore,the surface modification of the nanofiller was carried out,and the surface modifier was selected,so that the silicone rubber added with the surface modified nanofiller improved the mechanical properties and thermal stability while reducing the dielectric constant.
