| The continuous acceleration of the urbanization process makes the whole construction industry show the trend of vigorous development.Statistics show that the average annual growth rate of China’s commercial concrete output is more than 15%,and the output accounts for 48% of the world’s total output.More than five billion tons of minerals such as clay,limestone and natural sand are mined each year to produce cement and concrete.The exploitation of such huge natural aggregate will lead to the exhaustion of natural resources and the deterioration of ecological environment.In order to solve this problem,scholars at home and abroad have gradually developed a new type of concrete which USES industrial wastes such as fly ash,rubber and phosphorus slag as concrete admixtures.Phosphorus slag is a kind of slag produced after extracting yellow phosphorus from phosphate ore,and it is a kind of industrial waste slag.In this paper,phosphorus slag is used as the fine aggregate of concrete,which not only solves the shortage of natural sand resources,but also solves the pollution of phosphorus slag stacking to the environment,which has important social and scientific significance.In this paper,the influence of the content of phosphorus slag on the properties of concrete mixture and the basic mechanical properties of phosphorus slag concrete is discussed by using the test method.The results show that the slump and expansion of concrete decrease with the increase of the content of phosphorus slag,and when the substitution rate is 20%,the slump and expansion of phosphorus slag concrete are close to that of ordinary concrete.The initial setting time of concrete increased with the increase of the content of phosphorus slag,but the change of the content of phosphorus slag had little effect on the final setting time of concrete.The incorporation of phosphorus slag has a great influence on the early stage of concrete.When the content of phosphorus slag is 60%,the compressive strength of 3d phosphorus slag concrete is only 81% of the compressive strength of ordinary concrete.However,with the increase of time,the late strength of phosphorus slag concrete gets higher and higher.When the content of phosphorus slag is 60%,the strength of 28 d concrete decreases by about 6% compared with that of ordinary concrete.The elastic modulus of concrete decreases with the increase of the content of phosphorus slag.When the substitution rate is 50%,the elastic modulus of 28 d phosphorus slag concrete is 86% of that of ordinary concrete.On the basis of phosphorus slag concrete test,the finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the axial bearing capacity of phosphorus slag concrete steel tube column.The axial bearing capacity of phosphorus slag concrete column increases with the increase of steel pipe wall thickness. |
