In today's era of large-scale capital construction,underground construction often encounters water threats and adverse stratum impacts.In severe cases,it often causes major accidents,resulting in project interruptions and huge economic losses.The use of grouting technology is an important technical means to control the water damage of such underground projects and to strengthen the weak stratum.With the large demand for grouting in actual projects,the requirements for grouting construction technology are becoming higher and higher,which has also promoted the rapid development of grouting technology.However,the current research results of grouting theory lag behind the development needs of actual grouting engineering to a certain extent.Therefore,strengthening the research on grouting theory will further improve the entire grouting engineering system and provide more theoretical guidance for engineering construction.The tortuosity in the grouting process is one of the important factors that affect the diffusion range of the slurry in the injected medium,but at present,there are few studies on the influence of tortuosity on the slurry migration process in the grouting theory research.The actual results of grouting prediction will inevitably have some deviations.Therefore,strengthening the research on the tortuosity of grouting is of great significance to the improvement of the entire grouting theory system.In this paper,based on the theory of tortuosity of porous media and the existing Newtonian fluid grouting theory,the theoretical mechanism of Newtonian fluid porous grouting model considering tortuosity is derived theoretically,the relevant theoretical model formulas are established,and numerical simulation is used Compared with the results of theoretical analysis and model test,the law of tortuous Newtonian fluid penetration and diffusion in porous media is discussed.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the tortuosity theory of porous media and the existing Newtonian fluid grouting theory,the theoretical model of cylindrical osmotic grouting and Newtonian column-hemispheric osmotic grouting in Newtonian fluids in porous media is established considering tortuosity To derive relevant theoretical formulas;(2)Citing relevant literature and combining with existing literature test model data,substituting the derived Newtonian fluid penetration grouting theoretical formula considering tortuosity for example analysis to explore the accuracy and applicability of the mechanism;(3)Establish the numerical model of permeation grouting of Newtonian fluid porous media based on the existing test model data,use the multiphysics coupling of Comsol Multiphysics numerical simulation software and the secondary development of function language Modeling and analysis of the seepage motion process of three types of diffusion,shaped and spherical;(4)The results of slurry diffusion obtained by numerical simulation show that the spherical,cylindrical,and column-hemispherical simulated diffusion patterns of Newtonian fluid cement slurry in porous media conform to the corresponding theoretical model when tortuosity is considered and tortuosity is not considered.In the form of diffusion,the simulated value is close to the theoretically calculated value.Comparing it with the theoretical calculation results and the literature test data,the theoretical calculation value of the Newtonian fluid infiltration grouting model considering tortuosity is closer to the model test value than the theoretical value of the Newtonian fluid infiltration grouting without considering tortuosity.The theoretical calculation error range.The Newtonian fluid grouting mechanism model considered in this paper considering tortuosity can better reveal the diffusion law of Newtonian fluid osmotic grouting in porous media,which is more in line with engineering practice.The research in this paper is based on the porous grouting mechanism of Newtonian fluid in porous media,and analyzes the diffusion effect of the slurry considering the tortuosity.Combined with the experimental model data in the literature,an example analysis and numerical simulation are carried out.Within the error range.Therefore,it is proved that the deduced theoretical model of Newtonian fluid porous grouting considering tortuosity is more reasonable than the previous theoretical model of infiltration grouting without tortuosity,and the calculated diffusion range is closer to the actual grouting diffusion range.This model is more reasonable It reveals the diffusion law of slurry in porous media,which is more in line with engineering practice,enriches the theory of osmotic grouting,and can provide a basis for the design of grouting process parameters to a certain extent.
