| Methanol is the simplest saturated monohydric alcohol.As one of the basic organic raw material in chemical industry,about 90% methanol has been used in downstream chemical industries,and the rest is used in energy industry.As the most important product of carbon-one chemistry,methanol has been expanding in large production scale.Due to the limit of process technology and the restriction of industrial access conditions,the technologies used in the latest built coal to methanol synthesis with production scale of one million tons per year projects are basically imported from abroad,and each technology is quite different in catalyst,reaction process,unit consumption and unit investment of synthesis reaction unit.However,they all have industrialized achievements.Now the key to enhance the competitiveness of methanol enterprises is to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the production system.In this paper,Lurgi methanol synthesis reactor with methanol production of 1 million tons per year and Clariant Nanjing 1# methanol synthesis catalyst were analyzed as the experimental platform.The influence of the key parameters such as system synthesis load change,catalyst temperature,system pressure,composition of by-product paraffin,temperature after cooling,hydrogen-carbon ratio were investigated.By analyzing all the industrial production data,the optimum range of operation parameters and the optimal operation scheme of the synthesis system are obtained.By investigating the Lurgi methanol synthesis reactor with methanol production of 1 million tons per year,the problems of the process and methanol synthetic reactor,inlet and outlet heat exchanger,cooler,methanol separator and other equipment were analyzed.Based on the guidance of chemical process theory and the combination of latest technology and application in chemical industry,the technological innovation on stable operation of system,energy saving and consumption reduction was promoted.Meanwhile,the future optimization direction of methanol synthesis devices is prospected.It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the development of methanol synthesis industry. |
