China in 2006 has become the world's first copper country.This development trend of copper resource demand is increasing.However,China is not rich in copper mineral resources,Copper mining in many of the "poor and complex" resources,As a result,the copper concentrate obtained after dressing still contains a lot of impurity elements,And the impurity content is increasing,The concentrate's copper grade is decreasing,The quality of concentrate varies,The impurity types and contents fluctuated greatly during smelting,It is necessary to face the interference of impurity elements on process control and the key technical problems affecting the quality of crude copper,For China's copper smelting industry to face common problems.Copper concentrate has uneven grade,It also contains arsenic(As)which is harmful to the environment,And other valuable metallic elements,Such as: lead(Pb),antimony(Sb),bismuth(Bi)and so on.These impurities cause the grade of copper concentrate to fluctuate greatly,Then it affects the chemical quality of the anode plate of the final product,How to control the copper smelting process stably,Ensure the quality of coarse copper and anode copper,become the challenge.In this paper,the impurity elements such as arsenic,antimony and bismuth are difficult to be removed and the quality of anode plate is not up to standard.According to the theory of metallurgical physical chemistry,in view of the main impurities in copper converter and anode refining the fire occurrence in various product status has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,and according to the state of impurities in combination with existing hybrid technology at home and abroad demonstrates the analysis and experimental research,has developed a new type of hybrid remover,and industrial application;At the same time,combined with the distribution law of impurities in copper-fire smelting stage,an impurity warning model was developed to ensure the refining control of ingredients in copper-fire smelting stage.Based on the industrial test and early warning model of the new decluttering agent,the coupling decluttering technology of copper converter blowing and anode furnace refining section has been successfully studied and applied to the process of copper furnace blowing and anode furnace refining.The application of this technology has achieved the following results:Removal rate of As,Sb and Bi in converting and refining process From 42.19%,22.98% and 74.02% to 58.09%,36.35% and 80.41% respectively.The quality stability of high hybrid copper concentrate is realized,It broadens the adaptability of copper raw material.
