Assembling components with specific structure and function into new supramolecular compounds in a specific way can not only show the unique properties not possessed by a single component,but also greatly increase the types and number of compounds.This paper focused firstly on the design and synthesis of supramolecular catalysts based on the cyclodextrins and metal-organic coordination polymers,and then the catalytic application on Suzuki-coupling reaction and Friede-Crafts acylation,respectively.According to the content,this paper can be divided into three chapters.Chapter 1,as introduction part,it mainly introduces the significance of the research topic and the relevant research background,including research progress of supramolecular chemistry,cyclodextrin and coordination polymer.Chapter 2,the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic carbene palladium catalyst(?-CDPd)was designed and constructed by series of modifications to the cyclodextrin.The basic structure of the ?-CD-Pd was characterized by 1H NMR,13 C NMR,TOF-MS etc.,and its catalytic activity in the Suzuki-coupling reaction was further explored: First,the Suzuki-coupling for halogenated acetophenone derivatives and phenylboronic acid derivatives was explored,and the results show that ?-CD-Pd shows more efficient catalytic activity(the yield is > 90%)than homogeneous monomer nitrogen-containing heterocyclic carbene palladium catalyst in pure water system while the yield is only 30-50% in the monomer catalyst;secondly,Suzuki-coupling of naphthaleneboronic acid deviratives with steric hindrance brominated naphthalene derivatives is performed.With toluene as the solvent,the catalytic yield of ?-CD-Pd is up to 80-90%,while monomeric nitrogen-containing heterocyclic carbene palladium is only 30-60%.Chapter 3,metal-organic complexes are a kind of supramolecular aggregates,which can be obtained through ordered and controlled coordination assembly.Therefore,metal-organic complex catalytic materials based on hydrogen bond donor catalyst squaramide are constructed.It is a one-dimensional chain complex(Sq-CP-Mg).Due to the chain structure,the squaramide hydrogen bond is effectively isolated from the active site of the donor,which avoids the inactivation of monomer molecules through hydrogen bond aggregation.Based on this,this chapter studies the catalytic activity of the one-dimensional chain complex in catalyzing the Friede-Crafts reaction of indole with nitrostyrene.The results show that under the same reaction conditions,the catalytic activity of Sq-CP-Mg is comparable the monomer amide catalyst is nearly doubled.Chapter 4,a brief summarize and prospect of the work are given.
