With the rapid development of technology and industry, the consumption of lubricating oil has been increasing.A large amount of waste lubricating oil is generated after the lubricating oil is used. The random disposal and burning of waste lubricating oil not only causes waste of resources, but also seriously pollutes the environment. As the shortage of petroleum resources becomes more and more obvious and the country has stricter management of the environment, waste lubricating oil regeneration has become particularly important. The common waste lubricating oil regeneration technology still has some pollution to the environment, and there are problems such as high investment cost, complicated regeneration process, and high operating conditions. In view of these problems in the common waste lubricating oil regeneration process, this paper proposed a new type of waste lubricating oil regeneration process with simple process operation, low operating cost and low pollution. This process can separate the moisture and particulate impurities in the waste lubricating oil in one step.In this paper, the oil-water separation membrane process was used to purify and regenerate the waste turbine oil.The self-made laboratory vacuum test equipment and pilot equipment were used to filter and purify the waste turbine oil.The effects of filtration pressure, filtration temperature and filtration time on the flux were investigated. The physical and chemical properties of the waste turbine oil before and after membrane filtration were tested to investigate the membrane filtration effect.Select the membrane separation process parameters as:the filtration temperature is50°C,and the filtration pressure is-0.06 MPa.Under this operating condition, the flux of membrane filtering waste turbine oil is 5.45 L·m-2·h-1,the transparency of waste turbine oil filter greatly improved, the moisture content reduced to 70 mg·kg-1,and the ISO cleanliness is improved to 17/15/≥10,the oxidation index of sludge decreased to 0.The content of pollution elements Si,Na and wear element Fe is significantly reduced. The moisture content and cleanliness of the filtrate reach the requirements of conventional lubricants. After filtration and purification by the oil-water separation membrane, the sludge, particulate impurities and moisture in the waste turbine oil are greatly reduced, and the performance of the regenerated oil is greatly improved. In order to make up for the shortcoming of negative pressure filtration,a positive pressure cross-flow filtration test equipment was prepared to filter and purify waste hydraulic oil. After the waste hydraulic oil is filtered, the transparency is greatly improved, and the ISO cleanliness is improved to 14/13/≥11,which is better than new hydraulic oil ISO cleanliness control level<18/15/12.Oil-water separation membrane has obvious effect on removing small particle impurities in waste hydraulic oil,and the oil-water separation membrane has a significant dehydration effect on emulsified oil with high moisture content. After the emulsified oil with a moisture content of 1900mg·kg-1 was separated by oil-water separation membrane, the moisture content of the filtrate is decreased to 100 mg·kg-1~200 mg·kg-1,and the retention rate of water reaches more than 90%.In this paper,oil-water separation membrane was also used to study the recovery of oil film. The effect of operating pressure on oil film recovery efficiency, oil recovery rate and water content of recovered oil was investigated. The optimal operating pressure is-0.04 MPa~-0.06 MPa.Under this operating pressure, the oil recovery rate is maintained above 95%,and the water content is less than 3.4%.The oil-water separation membrane has a remarkable effect on the recovery of the oil film.
