With the development of human society and science and technology,people's demand for textiles tends to be more intelligent and multi-functional.This trend promotes the organic integration of intelligent technology and traditional textiles,so as to prepare smart wearable devices,fabric electrodes and other products.These products are widely used in health care,medical monitoring,sports protection,life signs monitoring and other aspects.Because of taking ordinary fabric can be repeated washing performance,so the fabric on the additional function also need to be repeatedly used after still has the characteristics of good repeatability,in addition,in order to measure the conductive yarn in the practical application of the applicable field,need to yarn resistance to make more accurate test and analysis,provide theoretical basis for the reasonable application of yarn.In this paper,the acrylic stainless steel blended conductive yarn with a blending ratio of 70/30 was taken as the research object.Through a series of experiments including static resistance test,dynamic tensile resistance test and constant elongation test,the influence of external force on the internal structure and resistance of the yarn was explored,And construct the theoretical model and the corresponding mathematical formula.Through experiments,the paper draws the following conclusions:1.After with different tensile speed of blended yarn of single yarn strength test lab available: experiment used 70/30 blending conductive yarn and ordinary stainless steel yarn tensile has certain difference,under different drawing speed,but its breaking strength,there is no obvious difference between less volatile,calculate different tensile speed of single yarn breaking strength between 428-457.6 c N.2.In the same test environment,the dynamic resistance of the yarn was tested with the same test parameters.Through the analysis of experimental data and images,it can be seen that the twist of the blended conductive yarn has a relatively obvious impact on the dynamic tensile resistance of the yarn.Within a certain range,the overall resistance of the yarn decreases as the twist increases.3.Under different twist,the overall dynamic resistance of yarn stretching decreases first and then increases.In the increase stage of yarn stretching resistance,the bigger the twist of the yarn,the greater the growth rate of yarn resistance and the shorter the time to break.4.In the yarn repeatability experiment,the mathematical model established by the multi-factor orthogonal experiment method was used to analyze the data of the 3-factor and 3-level experiment.The results showed that the number of repeated stretching cycles had the greatest influence on the stability of the repeated stretching resistance of the conductive yarn,and the minimum influence was the fixed elongation length of the yarn.5.In the test of the contact resistance between yarns,the conductive yarn resistance tester is innovatively designed,which can accurately measure the contact resistance between units of yarns.6.By simulating the contact resistance between the yarns,a series of formulas for calculating the contact resistance of the conductive yarns are derived.
