With the continuous development of modern society,people's demands for clothing with visual impulse and functionalities are increasing.Printing and dyeing technologies are adopted for the preparation of functional clothing at present,however,they exist shortcomings of badly pollution to environment and serious waste of water resources.Therefore,we adopt electrospinning technology in this paper for preparing nylon 6 photochromic and photoluminescen fibers by adding photochromic materials and photoluminescent materials to electrospinning solution system,and it realizes the green preparation of functional clothing.Photoluminescent PA6 fibers were prepared by electrospinning.The structures and properties of the fibers were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),fluorescence spectrum analyzer,thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),electronic single fiber strength meter and other modern testing methods.The results show that when the additive amount of luminescent material is 8 wt %,the fibers have smooth appearance and uniform diameter distribution.The fibers can emit strong red and green fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet light,of which the fluorescence intensity is 2034(a.u.)and 4853(a.u.),respectively,and the fluorescence life is 826.7 ?s and 1072.8 ?s,respectively.Photochromic PA6 fibers were prepared by electrospinning.The structures and properties of the fibers were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),UV-visible near-infrared spectrophotometer and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG).The results show that when the additive amount of the photochromic material is 1 wt %,the fibers have smooth appearance and uniform diameter distribution.The UV absorbance intensity reaches 1.018(a.u.)after being irradiated for 80 s,and the discoloration and fading efficiency of the photochromic fiber did not change significantly after 25 recycles.The repeatability of the fiber was good.Photoluminescence/photochromic side-by-side nanofibers and photoluminescence/photochromic spider web like fibers were prepared by electrospinning.The structures and properties of the fibers were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),fluorescence spectrum analyzer and UV-visible near-infrared spectrophotometer.The results show that the fibers have parallel structure and spider web like structure.The UV absorbance intensity reaches 1.014(a.u.)after being irradiated for 80 s,and the fluorescence intensity of the fiber was 4230(a.u).The side-by-side nanofibers still maintain good photoluminescence and photochromic properties when compared to smooth fibers.Spider web like nanofibers have Steiner tree structure.Due to the existence of secondary structure,the fluorescence intensity of the fibers is 29% higher than that of the smooth fibers,and the fibers have photochromic property.At the same time,the breaking strength of spider web like fibers was 25.6% higher than that of smooth fibers.
