Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology is widely used in flue gas denitration systems due to its unique advantages.Among them,the control of the amount of ammonia injection occupies an important position,and the quality of its control effect directly affects the NO_xemission concentration and production efficiency.However,there are strong non-linearity,hysteresis,and complex reaction mechanism in the ammonia injection quantity control.It is difficult to ensure the precise control of the ammonia injection quantity using conventional control theory.Therefore,in the face of increasingly strict environmental protection policies,how to adopt effective control schemes for NO_xemissions has become a technical problem.This article takes the ammonia injection control system in the SCR flue gas denitration project as the object model.Based on the in-depth study of the denitration reaction principle,system technology and control process,a conventional ammonia injection control is difficult to accurately spray ammonia.The intelligent control method of ammonia injection amount based on fuzzy control algorithm,and the theory of variable universe is applied to fuzzy PID control.The simulation results show that the stability and anti-disturbance of variable universe fuzzy PID control is better than other control methods,and provides a theoretical basis for its application to PLC control systems.At the same time,based on the actual project of the SCR flue gas denitration control system,uses Siemens S7-300 PLC as the controller,Win CC as the host computer monitoring platform,completes the hardware design and software design of the control system,and applies the variable universe fuzzy algorithm to the project.The actual operation results show that the control method has better control effect and higher control accuracy than the conventional cascade control.
