Research purposes:Good physical fitness is the basis for completing the training plan during the preparation period and the prerequisite for achieving excellent performance.Scientific and reasonable daily diet nutrition is the basic requirement to ensure physical fitness. At present, due to poor public awareness of nutrition in China, there is often a phenomenon of unreasonable nutrition among athletes. This study analyzes the daily diet of disabled alpine skiers, finds out their unreasonable dietary behaviors and intervenes the plan of their diet for a period of four weeks.By comparing the survey data before and after the intervention, this study analyzes the influence of diet intervention on the body of disabled alpine skiers.Research methods : A questionnaire survey is conducted on the nutrition knowledge-attitude-behavior(KAP)survey for the disabled alpine skiing national team to know the information about nutritional knowledge level and nutritional behavior of disabled alpine skiers.Five people who have dietary problems and strong willingness to improve were selected from the team members as research objects, and their daily energy intake and various nutrient intakes are calculated by investigating their threeday diet. The athletes' physical condition is measured by measuring the sebum thickness of the athletes.According to blood biochemical tests,we can know the information of body's lipid metabolism.Research results:According to the KAP questionnaire survey, most disabled alpine skiers lack basic nutrition knowledge and have unhealthy dietary behaviors. The results of the survey are more scientific and reasonable after the intervention of diet. The intake of protein and carbohydrates increased, the fat intake decreased significantly, and vitamin A,vitamin PP and B vitamin intake increased. The indexes related to blood lipid metabolism after intervention are lower than those before intervention. In the intervened blood index, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein are reduced to a certain extent, triglyceride is also significantly reduced, and high-density lipoprotein was increased.Research conclusion:Through the KAP questionnaire survey on disabled alpine skiers, although most athletes believe that reasonable diet nutrition is important to improve the level of training effect, due to the lack of knowledge of reasonable diet nutrition and the existence of unreasonable eating habits, most athletes The existence of incorrect dietary behaviors is one of the causes of dietary imbalances.Through a four-week diet intervention, the diet structure and various nutrient intakes of disabled alpine skiers are closer to rationalization. The lipid metabolism indexes of disabled alpine skiers have been significantly improved, which is beneficial to maintaining the lipid metabolism balance of athletes.
