Since last century till now,China's elevator industry have grown up and become rather strong with the increasing competition.These years,the elevators are gradually installed more and more buildings in China.China is the biggest market in the world and produce most of the elevators for serveral years.Above 70% market share are ocupplied by the international brand,though numbers of the China local brands are more than the former.The local brand have the competitive in the low-end market.This paper briefly introduces the history and present situation of SWOR company,to study the management of knowledge,combined with the actual situation of SWOR Elevator Company in China development,has conducted the thorough research to the company's competitive power.In the course of the study,the integrated use of Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,SWOT strategy analysis tools such as SWOR,analyzes the company's external environment and internal resources situation.By research the fact which SWOR Elevators have to face.I aim at grasping deeper development trend of China's elevator industry.I hope the dissertation would provide reference for people from all walks oflife.
