With the explosive growth of a data processing needs of the business and the rapid development of computer and network technology,the data processing business requirements,and jointly promote the IT technology,data center construction in our country has entered into a high-speed development period.Data center is a collection of transmitting data,management and storage space,is a the information acquisition,processing,storage,transmission,retrieval,such as processing system,its stability in politics,social economy plays an important role,while its cooling device,small quantity of heat,moisture,high security requirements and the demand of the 24-hour run throughout the year for the data center thermal environment of the demand is higher and higher.Scholars at home and abroad are a lot of research on data center thermal environment,including air distribution optimization has received the widespread attention as an important research direction,distribution within the data center room air distribution by thermal environment,thermal environment is airflow organization integrated embodiment of its actual operation effect,on the basis of qualitative analysis was carried out on the thermal environment combined with data center thermal environment evaluation index to carry on the quantitative calculation,researches on full and accurate data center room running situation and capacity utilization.For rational control of movement within the data center room air distribution route,improve the utilization rate of cold energy in engineering can be by changing the way of underfloor air supply,perforated floor perforated rate and static bed height and to improve the thermal environment and optimize the data center,the scheme can use CFD numerical simulation to predict and explore,field measurements can also be carried out to test.This article is based on a data center,instance on numerical simulation research,specifically from the underfloor air supply way,perforated perforation ratio and static bed height of the floor,to study the effect of factors on the airflow organization of its parameters.First study underfloor air supply way(cold/hot-aisle airflow open-ended system、hot-aisle airflow containment system、cold-aisle under racks、cold-aisle airflow containment system),perforated floor perforated rate(from 20%to 50%,10%as under various operating conditions change step)two factors the impact of mutual coupling on the thermal environment parameters,the numerical simulation analysis found that underfloor air supply mode for the floor under the cold air channel when closed,perforated hole at a rate of 30%of the floor cooling channels in the cold air flow and heat exchange server of high quantity of heat more fully,better utilization of cold energy,thermal environment,the better the data center.On this basis,the further research of static bed height change on the influence of thermal environment data center,numerical simulation of static bed height from 400 mm to 400 mm,100 mm as under various operating conditions change step thermal environment,evaluate the air distribution effect.Get the data center floor for the underfloor air supply way under the cold air channel closed,perforated perforation rate of 30%of the floor,static bed height is 500 mm air distribution is the most reasonable combination of data center,the overall uniform temperature distribution,local hot spots and minimum range.At the same time,based on the engineering example of the optimal conditions within the data center around the cabinet air flow velocity and temperature field measurement,are analyzed in detail including cabinets import and export for return air temperature,wind speed and temperature,air conditioning inside cabinet top plane aisle speed and temperature distribution characteristics,and the measured data and the data center carries out a comparative analysis on the simulation of air distribution,and then verify this article adopts the numerical simulation method of the accuracy and reliability.Moreover,the optimal working conditions are calculated and quantitatively analyzed,and the results are further verified by the evaluation indexes.Eventually get the best air distribution model of the data center and test validation,effectively improve the quality of the data center thermal environment at the same time,also for the large data centers as reference for optimizing design of thermal environment.
