In order to realize the conventional ammunition function of combating different targets in a complex battlefield environment,the research on multifunctional fuzes and its setter technology has become a trend of development of conventional weapons.Based on this background,programmable fuzes and their setter technology came into being.Programmable fuze is an important way to achieve multifunctional fuzes.The accuracy of the setter data link is an important factor that affects the precision of distance air-burst.The purpose of this paper is to improve the accuracy of programmable fuzes air-burst at fixed distance by analyzing and researching the setter data link.The accuracy of fryer precision of the impact,which through the fixed data link compensation and correction and thus improve the accuracy of projectile blast point.This paper focuses on the influence of the rifling angle error,initial velocity solution error and correction method error on the accuracy of the burst point,so as to improve the accuracy of the burst point of the projectile through the compensation and correction of the data link.According to the flight theory of the rotating stable projectile,it was established that a 6-DOF rigid-body trajectory simulation model of the projectile,and it was analyzed that the flight characteristics of the rotating stable projectile under the low-lying and straight trajectory.And according to the environmental characteristics and meteorological conditions at different altitudes,on the basis of this model,it was obtained that the flight characteristics of the rotating stable projectile at an altitude of 5000m.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of data link.According to the characteristics of the outer projectile of the rotating projectile and the relationship between the rifling and the revolving speed,it was established that the velocity model of the stable rotation projectile.Through the analysis of the model,it was obtained that the influence of the error of the rifling angle on the accuracy of the speed measurement,and it was proposed that the method of eliminating the influence based on the loader.The results show that the correction velocity accuracy improved significantly,the error of velocity can be reduced to about 0.2%.Under the velocity model of the rotating stable projectile,it is proposed that a method based on the mathematical statistics of the muzzle velocity.The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the precision of the muzzle velocity.The correction errors of different correction methods are analyzed.According to the simulation results,the one-time function correction method is more suitable for programmable fuze,and the one-time function correction method also has adaptability in plateau environment.According to the one-time function correction method,the fixed parameters in the data link are proposed.It was analyzed that the impact of meteorological parameters on the accuracy of the explosion point.According to the two-dimensional injection table,it was proposed that a method of calculating the parameters of the loader based on two-dimensional interpolation.A process simulation system was designed that include simulation fire control system and ignition system.The simulation results show that the simulation fire control system based on two-dimensional interpolation has the advantages of high solution accuracy and high solution speed,and it is suitable for fast setter of programmable fuze.Taking 105mm howitzer at 1000m air-burst accuracy as an example,the error of burst of programmable fuze with fixed data link and ordinary electronic time fuze is analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that the error of the burst point at 1000m of programmable fuze with fixed data chain is reduced by 10.13m on average than that of ordinary electronic time fuze.Without changing the existing programmable fuze system,the accuracy of the ammunition burst point can be improved through the optimization of the installed data link of the programmable fuze,and the cost is low.
