In this dissertation,a sliding adapter of special shape missile system as the research object,with material mechanics,engineering mechanics,structural dynamics theory,the finite element technology as the main research method,combined with the analysis of MATLAB data,Isight optimization software,the study on establishment of adapter's material,polyurethane elastomer visco hyperelasticity the constitutive model,carry out the lightweight research on sliding adapter,stiffness and strength of sliding adapters were designed based on the ABAQUS finite element software to establish elastic cylinder flexible coupling dynamic model and static analysis model for the missile launching simulation and analysis.Firstly,carry out the research of adaptor performance and select the adaptor material.The properties of polyurethane foam and polyurethane elastomer were studied.A viscoelastic constitutive model of polyurethane elastomer was established,and the constitutive equation of polyurethane elastomer was verified through compression test.The heat resistance of the polyurethane elastomer was verified by the ablation test.Secondly the ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to carry out the lightweight research on the sliding adapter.Four typical topology adapter structures are studied.The stiffness and strength of four typical topology adapters are calculated by ABAQUS,and the maximum stress and maximum strain of each structure are obtained.The best sliding adapter structure is obtained through coMParison.Based on the adapters of the optimal topology,the preliminary scheme for the design of two kinds of sliding adapters is the basis for establishing the model for the subsequent rigid strength optimization.Thirdly,based on the preliminary model of two kinds of sliding adapters,the research on the stiffness optimization of the sliding adapter is carried out.Based on the radial neural network,the sample space is set up by the Latin hypercube test design method,and the exact model is established to solve the sample point.The sensitivity analysis of variables that affect the stiffness of the adapter is carried out,and the influence of the variable on the stiffness of the adapter is obtained.Based on the sample point and response,an approximate model of adapter stiffness and strength is established.Through the multi Island genetic algorithm,the approximate model is optimized in the design space,and the optimal design of adapter stiffness and strength is achieved,and the final model of the two schemes is obtained.Lastly,a missile cartridge coupling dynamics model is established,and static equilibrium analysis is carried out for the launching system under two adaptor schemes combined with ABAQUS.The static stiffness and strength of two sliding adapters are calculated.The theoretical basis of launch dynamics based on rigid flexible coupling,transmission system of two kinds of adapter scheme under launch simulation analysis,verified the emission process with the adapter from the pop-up tube missile,sliding adapter is interfering with the missile inlet structure etc..It also verified whether the two kinds of sliding adapters can meet the actual requirements of actual launching.
