Hydraulic manifold blocks is the important components of the integrated hydraulic system, it can significantly reduce the area of hydraulic equipment, it uses block inside passageway to replace the pipeline to simplify the pipeline connection. It reasonable shortened the pipeline and reduces the frictional loss, the installment is very convenient. Cartridge manifold block is the mainstream in the application and development of integrated hydraulic system, and it has seriously hindered the cartridge valve hydraulic system development because of the species diversity and structure specificity of external components and the complexity of internal holes connection, it also becomes focal point of the research.Through the analysis of the domestic and international hydraulic manifold blocks design production characteristic, we can find of the intelligent optimization algorithms of hydraulic manifold blocks in the layout and cloth hole have the deficiency: the operating speed is slow and the convergence time is long. Therefore this paper continue to study the intelligent optimization algorithms of cartridge type integrated blocks'layout cloth hole, explore the implementation method of space layout cloth hole of integrated blocks, try to solve some deficiencies in design and improve design level of manifold blocks. And the parallel combination of simulated annealing algorithm was used to optimize the verified by examples.The major contents of this paper are:(1)Review of features technology, design method of current research situation and development at home and abroad of hydraulic manifold blocks, based on this, research contents of this topic are put forward.(2)Building model in view of traditional hydraulic manifold blocks, putting forward model building method of cartridge type integrated block and establishing a reasonable model.(3)Using parallel combination of simulated annealing algorithm to carry on the optimization design of cartridge valve duct network and proving its validity by experiment.(4)Above on the theory and method, developing hydraulic manifold blocks optimization design prototype system base on the Visual Basic programming language and Solid Works. Finally, completing the design according to the typical hydraulic integrated system engineering examples. Obtaining relatively satisfactory effect. The practicality and feasibility of this system and validity of this method get a full validation.
