| MEMS micromirror scanning lidar with field of view and resolution can be electrically controlled,small size,light weight and other prominent advantages,is an important development direction of automotive lidar.In this dissertation,based on the development of MEMS micromirror scanning lidar,the design of semiconductor laser collimating emitting optical system based on MEMS micromirror is studied in this paper.The aim of this dissertation is to provide the design of transmitting optical system for the lidar under development.The thesis investigates the current situation of laser imaging radar,summarizes the progress of optical scanning technology,and on this basis,presents the design scheme of MEMS micromirror scanning lidar transmitting optical system.Through the modeling of the ideal optical system,the calculation formulas of the dependence of the beam divergence angle of the scanning transmitting optical system and the parameters of the system scanning field and the optical system components are deduced.Based on the above dependencies,combined with the lens D/f limitations and optical system specifications,the parameters of the core lens assembly of the Emission Optical System were completed,The specific design of each lens group is carried out by using ZEMAX software.The simulation results of ZEMAX software show that the scanning field of the designed emission optical system reaches 27 degrees,and the divergence angle of the probe beam is 30 mrad for the SPLLL903 laser.Experiments were carried out on three groups of different parameters of the combined launch optical system scanning range and the divergence angle of the probe beam obtained with the theoretical analysis consistent with the results of the experiment to verify the proposed MEMS micromirror scanning laser The correctness of the design scheme of the radar transmitting optical system is explored for the MEMS micromirror scanning lidar.A design scheme of the transmitting optical system is explored. |
