As China's reform and opening up,sustained and rapid economic development,also in the increasing demand for energy,however,especially the limitations of non-renewable energy resources reserves,make the contradiction between the energy demand and economic growth in China is more obvious,China's rapid economic growth will be more rely on energy,and in all walks of life energy consumption is larger,the construction industry,is undoubtedly the leaving of energy-intensive industries.In the spring breeze of reform and opening up,rapid growth in construction have sprung up,with the improving of the residents' income level,residential buildings springing up in China,relevant research shows that our country building energy consumption accounts for over 30% of the total energy consumption society,and some developed countries,building energy consumption accounts for more than 50% than even.In order to realize sustainable development of resources and energy,we must take the road of building sustainable development and vigorously promote energy conservation.Building energy conservation has become an urgent problem to be solved in today's society.Full life cycle theory is known as the "cradle to grave" evaluation method,the periodic characteristics of building energy consumption due to the strong,and full life cycle theory can be used to building energy consumption characteristics in different stages of the reaction,the system reflects the architecture is the overall situation of energy consumption.Building energy conservation research,from the viewpoint of whole life cycle energy consumption characteristics in each stage of construction is conducive to mining,and comprehensive building energy efficiency from the Angle of system design,provide decision-making reference for building energy conservation.This article from the perspective of whole life cycle of building the residential building in the life cycle stages(design,construction,operation and demolition of four stages)of the type of energy consumption and energy consumption characteristics,and to WK baisha embellish a garden plot project as an example,the specific study of baisha embellish garden district in different stages of the project life cycle design and characteristics of energy conservation,analysis of baisha embellishgarden residential projects in the field of building energy conservation contribution and insufficiency,for the whole life cycle of building energy efficiency to provide the reference suggestion.
