Research On Subcontract Management Of Mechanical And Electrical Installation Engineering Of Y Construction Enterprise

With the rapid economical development,subcontract management is playing a m ore and more important role in enterprise management currently.As a part of contrac t management,subcontract management,reflects methods of modern enterprise man agement developing a more scientific,standardized,and legal way.Subcontract man agement is not only involves the contract management personnel,departments,but al so other aspects of project construction,such as,the project quality management,cos t control,progress supervision,safety,technics and engineering economic disputes,e tc.What's more,it could be a vital part in subcontracting management.In general,su bcontract management is the core of the projects in subcontracting.The paper shall combine the subcontract management work and the “Five-point Strategy” project integrated management system of Y construction company's by usi ng the theories of project management,contract management,and project integrated management to find out the relations between them,and then taking the sub-contract management of the M&E installation project as an example to analysis process of ma nagement of pre-signing,signing and implement of sub-contract by taking a case of Anti-Corrosion project sub-contract management for tailings transportation and wate r-supply pipeline of tailings reservoir in a point for improving the management of su bcontracting,minimizing the risk of Sub-contracting contract management and maximizing the economic benefits of Y construction company.
