Transmission as an important part of vehicle transmission system,its performance will directly influence the stand or fall of the whole vehicle performance,and transmission has complicated structure and complex use conditions of,high reliability requirements,etc.So,development from the transmission to the production needs to be a large number of trials to determine whether various performance parameters of the transmission meet the design requirements.The transmission test-bed is mainly used in the test of the transmission in the production workshop and the transmission performance test of the laboratory,which is the main test equipment in the production or development of the transmission.The transmission test-bed of this project is different from the common transmission test-bed.The bench has the characteristics such as high power,high torque and overloading.This is very rare in domestic transmission test-beds.Therefore,the research on high power hydraulic transmission test-bed is of guiding significance for the independent research and development of China's high power hydraulic transmission test-bed.At the same time,it plays an important role in improving the research and development capability of high power hydraulic transmission and mastering the core technology.The characteristics of high power,high torque,overloading of the static and dynamic characteristics of the test-bed put forward higher requirements.Test-bed base and spindle system is the key part of the test-bed,the structure strength,stiffness,the overall performance of the seismic performance affect the test-bed,the direct reaction to the test-bed measuring precision.Based on 450 k W hydraulic transmission test-bed,this work has completed the structure of arrangement form design and mechanical parts design of the test-bed.And high-speed loading spindle and driving and the front loading base are the research objectives,by means of finite element software ABAQUS,to analyze and optimize high-speed loading spindle and driving and the front loading base of the test bed,the main research contents and methods include:(1)Based on the original high-power hydraulic transmission test-bed driving and the front loading base structure,using finite element analysis method,aimed at optimizing the dynamic performance of the base,this paper studies the influence of different ribbed slab arrangement and constraint arrangement on the dynamic performance of the base,and the topology of the base is optimized to analyze the distribution trend of the material,and a new base structure is proposed.Finally,the main parameters of the base are optimized.The optimized base greatly saves the material of the production base and improves the vibration resistance of the base.The results provide effective design guidance for the design of the same test-bed base.(2)The three-dimensional model of high-speed loading spindle is established by using ABAQUS's modeling module.A finite element analysis model of high-speed loading spindle was established by using spring element to simulate bearing boundary condition.The static and dynamic performance of the spindle structure with different specifications of the rectangular spline and the different diameter neck of axle are studied in depth,and the influence of different spindle span on the static and dynamic performance of the high-speed loading spindle is studied.Finally,the optimal structure of the high-speed loading spindle is obtained.The results provide a theoretical basis for improving the overall performance of the test-bed.
