Research On NT Group's Financing Strategy

The realization of enterprise strategy needs the support of capital,and financing is the means to solve the problem of capital,and it is an important guarantee to ensure the enterprise to realize its strategy.Financing strategy includes financing scale,financing way,financing channel,financing term,financing cost and so on.It not only directly affects the investment decision of the company and the future capital cost,but also relates to the debt service and financial risk of the enterprise,thus ultimately affecting the shareholder value.NT Group,as an important backbone enterprise in X province,has been in a period of rapid development period since its establishment in 2012.In order to seize the market and resources,the group has made a large amount of investment in the early stage,using various financing methods and financing channels to obtain a large amount of funds,the group has been rapid development.However,with the rapid expansion of financing scale,unreasonable structure,mismatch of strategy,disconnection with budget,failure to co-ordinate the financing ability of the company,and so on,the financial risk of the group has been increased.Based on the above problems of NT Group Company,this paper first introduces the background,significance,research content and methods of the research on the topic;then,on the basis of the domestic and foreign theoretical framework,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the financing strategy of NT Group Company.Through the analysis of the macro and micro environment faced by the Group,the system analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the NT Group and proposes the funds needed for the Group's future development strategy and the realization of strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward the financing scheme to optimize and perfect the group financing strategy.It is suggested that NT Group should combine financing strategy with group strategy,carry out multiple level and diversified financing activities,reduce financing cost,optimize financing structureand control financing risk.Finally promote the development of the group through financing.
