Study On Optimization Of Financing Strategy Of Ningxia A Photovoltaic Company

With the implementation of China's supply-side reform policy,the development of new energy industry is an important direction of China's energy structure adjustment,and the photovoltaic industry is also pushed down from the strategic height of promoting energy reform.In this background,to speed up the development of photovoltaic industry in our country,although the photovoltaic industry is promising,but the photovoltaic industry has its own characteristics and attributes,industry affected by the technical and policy bidirectional,financing strategy also has the characteristic of the photovoltaic industry itself,financing problem has become the significant problems which restrict the development of the photovoltaic enterprises-Photovoltaic industry is capital-intensive,and strong financial strength is the basis for supporting the development of enterprises.However,the financing strategies of Chinese enterprises are in urgent need of transformation with the overall macroeconomic changes.Photovoltaic enterprises have a short development cycle and few financing channels.For most photovoltaic enterprises,traditional equity financing and bond financing are still their main financing methods.However,the slowing down of macroeconomic growth has increased the difficulty of financing for photovoltaic enterprises.To achieve long-term sustainable development,how to reasonably optimize financing strategies,how to combine financing methods and how to conduct financing operations are important aspects to be considered when making financing decisions.This paper takes ningxia A company as the research object,which was established in September 2011.It is an information system integration service company specializing in the development,design,construction,operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power station projects.From its establishment to October 2016,the company has undergone six times of equity transfer and capital increase,and its registered capital has increased from the initial 900,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan.Through literature research method,investigation method,comparative analysis method and qualitative analysis method,the financing strategy is studied deeply.By analyzing the current situation of ningxia A company's financing strategy,the paper finds out the main problems existing in the financing strategy and their causes,and then analyzes the operating status and capital structure that enterprises can choose.Combining with the financing demand of enterprises,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of ningxia A company's financing strategy.The research in this paper is not only helpful for solving the optimization of financing strategy of ningxia A company,but also has reference significance for other photovoltaic enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.
