Semi-rigid materials have been widely used in municipal roads due to their strong stability and durability.By incorporating an appropriate amount of inorganic materials such as fly ash, cement and lime into the undisturbed loose soil, the purpose of enhancing the integrity is achieved,so that the road surface does not easily crack when subjected to loads such as frost heave.Semi-rigid materials have been widely used in the base and subgrade of pavements. This article wants to apply the semi-rigid material to the dike, learn its engineering experience on the subgrade of the pavement, and the method of experimental comparison is used to obtain the best blending ratio of each parameter in the material,so that it can resist low temperature damage;Through the numerical simulation analysis of the whole embankment, the whole and part of the thermo-coupling coupling of the semi-rigid fill material and the common fill material of the mixture ratio are analyzed.Analysis shows: The frost heave rate of the embankment filling material decreases with the increase of the amount of ash and cement;it increases with the increase of water content and compaction;as the temperature increases, the increase in the rate of frost heave will gradually flatten with time. The temperature distribution of the overall dike is in line with the current situation, and the numerical feedback of each sensor is normal; The value of the settlement of the overall displacement of the dyke and the settlement of the partial displacement of the semi-rigid fill material is lower than that of the ordinary fill material. This shows that the addition of inorganic materials can improve the integrity and reduce the damage to the road surface caused by the amount of sedimentation and the like. |
