PROFIBUS field bus communication technology is a kind of industrial data bus technology,whichdeveloped rapidly in recent years,it's mainly used in industrial field intelligent instrument,electronic controller and actuator,it can realize information transmission.PROFIBUS field bus has the advantages of simplicity,reliability,economy,practicality,intelligence and interoperability.As the electric actuator in the field of industrial process control application equipment,if you have PROFIBUS fieldbus communication function,can realize the real-time control function of the electric actuator of the PC control system,to achieve two-way data transmission,meet the high amount of data,real-time control requirements,non bus type electric actuator has a bigger market competitive advantage.This paper introduces the control technology of the electric actuator,such as multi machine communication technology,phase sequence,phase and phase sequence adaptive power supply technology,operation,adaptive dead time judgment and Brushless Direct Current Motor drive control technology,the design of PROFIBUS bus communication technology of the electric actuator mechanism based on the overall design scheme.The hardware design adopts the system hardware architecture based on meet the basic function of the electric actuator is configured on the PROFIBUS bus communication board,which contains all the basic functions and interface type,and increase the communication and control bus.The corresponding software design includes the independent software module of PROFIBUS bus communication,and communicates with the control system through the fast SPI communication mode.The software and hardware architecture of multi-microprocessor is adopted in the system design.One main processor and two slave processors are used.Each microprocessor performs the corresponding control functions independently.The UART serial communication is used between the microprocessors,and the data exchange is realized through the multi-computer communication function of UART serial port.In the aspect of motor drive and current detection,brushless DC motor drive control technology is adopted to realize the functions of static start-up,positive and negative rotation,adjustable speed,overcurrent detection and alarm in the state of position feedback,and multi-loop absolute digital position transmission in the aspect of displacement detection and control.The displacement accuracy of the PROFIBUS electric actuator is controlled at 0.35 degrees by the adaptive algorithm of the sensor and the dead zone of the operation.The precise control of the travel of the PROFIBUS electric actuator is realized.In addition,data recording,fault analysis,alarm and fault data storage functions are added to the software database of PROFIBUS electric actuator,which is convenient for real-time analysis of the operation status and maintenance cycle of PROFIBUS electric actuator and guarantees the safe and stable operation of the system.Through the relevant performance testing prototype,the design from the bottom of the research and development of PROFIBUS DP-V1 bus protocol,the electric actuator can support PROFIBUS DP-V1 communication protocol,can realize the function of remote control,switch signal calibration,parameter setting and on-line monitoring,fault analysis,greatly improving the level of automation of industrial process control the system,but also broke the monopoly of foreign brands on the bus type electric actuator,to accelerate the localization of the level of development,to enhance the communication of PROFIBUS bus type electric actuator can broaden its selection and application,improve the added value.
