This paper targets a stop slide mechanism which employing magazine clip with bullet,based on a certain type pistol.The structure design was accomplished in Solid Works.According to the analysis of mechanism movement and design requirements,the structure size was optimized.Furthermore,a parametric simulation model of mechanism was built in ADAMS to analyse the reliability of the mechanism's action.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Almost all kinds of stop slide mechanism existing firearms was collected with their structure principle analyzed.5 strictures of stop slide mechanism which employing magazine clip with bullet was designed and were carried feasibility analysis as well,thereby the preliminary scheme was decided.(2)The structure model of these stop slide mechanism which employing magazine clip with bullet was accomplished in Solid Works.By scheme screening,a final scheme was ascertained.(3)The structure size was optimized through analyzing mechanism movement and design requirements.(4)A parametric simulation model was built in ADAMS to analyse the reliability of the mechanism's action.By analyzing and calculating the simulation results,the reliability of mechanism movement was studied?This paper introduces a stop slide mechanism employing magazine clip with bullet to disengage.This mechanism can realize the first loading by releasing stop slide as inserting a new magazine.So the operation numbers of of changing magazine decreases to two,only reloading and unloading action.This reduces reload time even further and realized the rapid continuation of fire power,which is of great significance to firearms users.
