With the development of society,national strength and the science and technology,More attentions have been paid to improvement of three-dimensional traffic.As the most efficient transportation,the subway,on the one hand has greatly relieved the traffic pressure of cities by its characteristics of large capacity and fast speed,and on the other hand more ground space for greening will be created.The task of the subway is far short of transporting passengers,relieving traffic pressure on the ground,With the hope of showcase on city's miniature,history,culture and etc.,the subway carries more and more elements that are from people's exception.Gates and ventilation pavilions,subordinate buildings of subway station,impress the first sight for a city.These designs are representative of city with the exception of functions on smoke exhaust and evacuation.According to the current information and material,there are not too much research on domestic architectural design of subway stations,and essays about difficulties of subway's work procedure,which aim at technological construction,and so does Zhengzhou's research having been opened two routes.Based on the background of Zhengzhou subway,this paper explored the current situation of subways and ventilation pavilions in Zhengzhou,through analyzing the forms and design concepts of gates and wind pavilions.Meanwhile,it conducted in-depth analysis of the technical problems in the design process of the gates and the ventilation pavilions of the two subway stations in Zhengzhou.After reading a large number of relevant literature,the author classified and sorted out the layout features of different stations' gates and ventilation pavilions,and studied the overall principles and specific implementation methods.Next,it performed on-the-spot investigations to study the gates of the No.1 and No.2 subway lines,which have been started to traffic in Zhengzhou.And it also analyzed the subway entrances and exits and ventilation pavilions in other cities,in order to study the combination form of gates and ventilation pavilions and surrounding buildings.It aims to find out the design highlights and deficiencies,and try to optimize the subway gates and ventilation pavilions in Zhengzhou.Based on this,the exploratory design is carried out according to the theory summarized.Finally,some technical problems in the design of building schemes were proposed,which are analyzedcombined with the examples.I hope that I can do some research on the gates and the ventilation pavilions in the direction of architectural design.There are some theories summarized as follows after the research.Firstly,combined in Internal and external parts,the subordinate building of subway station,the layout of gates and ventilation pavilions should be taken deep consideration.Secondly,in terms of shape and function,it is necessary to know about folk culture,historical background,natural character,as well as religious belief when the beginning of design,especially for building style and geographical environment around the station.The thesis studies actual cases and other references in order to provide a meager force for the design of subordinate building of subway station.
