Research On The Relationship Of Qingdao Subway Station And City Development

As the development of ground transportation becomes saturated in our country,most large and medium-sized cities begin to put subway construction in their city development plans.Although heavy-invested and time consuming,subway construction is the only way for long-term development of our country considering the overpopulation and environmental pollution problems.As subway construction started rather late in our country,there are plenty of excellent overseas cases for our reference.A thorough study of overseas subway development history will be of great use for subway planning,construction and operation in our country.The forms and styles of subway stations vary because of its neighborhood and the unique regional culture.The intuitive and highlighting surface buildings,if well combined with the city culture,will demonstrate the regional and cultural characteristic of a subway station.This article analyzes the subway developments both home and abroad with the reference of Qingdao Subway plan,using literature study and field research methods,and gives detailed instruction on the subway design elements and plans,how to adapt the building to the surrounding environment,which will guide the planning of subway constructions in the future in a positive way.
